Question 1

Do I need to be over 18 to order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Alibarbar Australia. First-time visitors see an age gate, and checkout requires an explicit 18+ confirmation. By placing an order you confirm you meet the legal age requirement in your state or territory. Full policy: /age-verification.

Question 2

Is vaping suitable for non-smokers?

Accepted Answer

No. Vaping products are intended only for existing adult smokers or vapers. They are not for non-smokers, people under 18, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Question 3

Can I take a disposable vape on a plane?

Accepted Answer

Disposable vapes contain lithium batteries, so airlines generally require them to be carried in your cabin bag, never in checked luggage, and not used or charged in-flight. Always check your airline and destination rules before travelling.

Question 4

Are disposable vapes legal in Australia?

Accepted Answer

Current TGA guidance frames vapes as pharmacy-setting supply for therapeutic purposes, with extra conditions by nicotine strength and jurisdiction. Adults 18+ still apply. Alibarbar Australia uses an Australian pharmacy-channel supply process, and the pharmacist assesses individual eligibility. See /guides/disposable-vape-laws-in-australia — general information, not legal advice.

Question 5

Where can you legally buy vaping products in Australia?

Accepted Answer

Government guidance currently points to pharmacy settings for therapeutic purposes, not ordinary non-pharmacy retail. Extra conditions apply by nicotine strength and state or territory. Do not treat ailibarbar.com catalogue pages as proof of lawful supply. Not legal advice.

Question 6

How do I dispose of a used device?

Accepted Answer

A used disposable vape contains a battery and should not go in general household waste. Take it to an e-waste or battery recycling drop-off point where available in your area.

Question 7

Can someone under 18 receive the parcel?

Accepted Answer

No. Products are strictly for adults 18+. The person ordering and receiving the products must meet the legal age requirement.

Question 8

Is nicotine legal in disposable vapes in Australia?

Accepted Answer

Nicotine in vapes is tightly regulated. Strengths above 20 mg/mL typically sit under extra prescription-style controls. The Ingot 9000’s exact strength is not a single site-wide figure — read the pack. Confirm current TGA rules. Not legal advice.

Question 9

Does listing Ingot 9000, Upload 25000 or Swirl 50000 mean a site meets Australian retail rules?

Accepted Answer

Submitting an online order starts the store process; it is not automatic approval to supply a therapeutic vape. Alibarbar Australia uses the pharmacy channel, where supply remains subject to pharmacist assessment, nicotine-strength requirements and the rules in the customer’s state or territory. The package label is the source of truth for the unit supplied. General information, not legal advice.

Question 10

Does Alibarbar Australia sell Upload 25000 or Swirl 50000?

Accepted Answer

This catalogue lists the Alibarbar Ingot 9000 only: up to 9000 puffs, 22ml, 2350mAh, non-rechargeable, smart LED. Upload 25000, Swirl 50000, Ingot 20000, and shops that group stock as ALIBARBAR 9000, 12000 or 13000 are different model families. They are not for sale here. A puff number alone does not make a device an Ingot 9000.

Question 11

What is your age verification policy?

Accepted Answer

By placing an order you confirm you are 18+. First-time visitors also see an age gate; checkout requires an explicit 18+ tick. We may cancel orders where age cannot be verified. See /age-verification for the full policy.

Question 12

Can I use a disposable vape while pregnant?

Accepted Answer

No. Vaping products are not intended for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are trying to quit smoking, speak to a qualified health professional.

Question 13

Where can I read the full terms?

Accepted Answer

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Age Verification Policy are linked in the site footer at /terms, /privacy and /age-verification.
