Age Verification Policy

You must be 18 years or older and of legal age to purchase vaping products where you live. Products are intended only for existing adult smokers or vapers — not for non-smokers, minors, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

The person who places the order and the person who receives the parcel must both meet the legal age requirement. We do not sell to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.

We use layered confirmation so the 18+ rule is explicit before browsing continues and again before money is taken:

On your first visit, an on-site age gate asks you to confirm you are 18 years or older before you continue browsing. Your confirmation is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked again on every page — clearing site data or using a new device may show the gate again.

Crawlers and automated browsers used for search indexing are not blocked by the gate, so product and policy pages remain crawlable. Human visitors still see the confirmation flow.

Before you can place an order, checkout requires a mandatory checkbox confirming you are 18 or older and of legal age to purchase vaping products where you live. Orders cannot be submitted without that tick.

Bank-transfer checkout does not remove the age requirement — payment only proceeds after the adult confirmation is completed.

Parcels may require a signature or ID check depending on carrier practice in your area. By ordering you accept that proof of age may be requested on delivery.

If a recipient cannot confirm they are 18+, the carrier may refuse delivery. Contact orders@ailibarbar.com with your order number if you need help rearranging delivery as an adult customer.

We will not knowingly sell to minors, accept orders that fail the checkout age confirmation, or keep an order active when age cannot be verified and we have a reasonable basis to cancel.
