Why ailibarbar.com Is Our Australian Store — and How the Pharmacy Channel Works

Two domains, two different jobs
The easiest way to understand the setup is to separate the global brand role from the Australian retail role. alibarbar.com is the global product-brand website. ailibarbar.com is where Alibarbar Australia publishes local product information, support details and the Australian order process.
That one-letter difference can look unusual when you see the domains side by side, so we are spelling it out instead of expecting customers or search engines to guess. For an Australian order or a local support question, ailibarbar.com is the relevant address.
What we mean by the official Australian store
Official does not mean that the Australian site replaces the global brand website. It means this is the Alibarbar Australia storefront and local knowledge site: the place where we publish the range we handle, Australian support information, authenticity guidance and order updates.
It also means we should be precise. We do not mix Ingot 9000 specifications with newer Alibarbar models, and we do not treat a marketing number as more reliable than the label on the sealed unit. If the package and a web page ever disagree, the package wins.
Where the pharmacy channel fits
Australia does not treat vapes like ordinary convenience-store products. The national framework is built around therapeutic use through pharmacies, with pharmacist involvement and extra conditions depending on the product and nicotine concentration.
Our website is the information and order interface. Supply is handled through the Australian pharmacy channel. That does not turn the checkout button into automatic approval: a pharmacist still has to consider whether supply is appropriate and permitted for the customer and product involved.
- Adults must be 18 or older for the non-prescription pharmacist pathway
- A prescription is required for nicotine concentrations above 20 mg/mL
- State and territory rules can add further restrictions
- Product standards, packaging and permitted flavours still matter
What an online catalogue can — and cannot — tell you
A catalogue is useful for comparing the device family, reading hardware specifications and seeing what has been published by the store. It cannot decide whether a particular item may be supplied in a particular case. That decision belongs inside the applicable pharmacy and regulatory process.
For the same reason, we will not describe a product as “TGA approved” merely because it appears in a pharmacy pathway. The TGA says therapeutic vapes are generally unapproved therapeutic goods, and a notified product is not the same thing as a product evaluated and approved for safety, quality and efficacy.
How to check that you are dealing with us
Use the full address https://www.ailibarbar.com, check that support comes from orders@ailibarbar.com, and keep your order number. Our authenticity page explains the packaging and seal checks used for the Ingot 9000 family.
If you are unsure about eligibility or the rules where you live, pause before paying and check the current TGA and state or territory guidance. A clear answer is better than pretending the same rule applies to every customer and every product.

FAQ
Why does the Australian domain have an extra i?
ailibarbar.com is the domain used by Alibarbar Australia for the local store, support and knowledge centre. The global brand site uses alibarbar.com. They are separate regional web roles, not interchangeable checkout addresses.
Does pharmacy-channel supply mean every online order is approved?
No. An online order starts the process. The pharmacy side must still consider the product, intended therapeutic purpose, nicotine strength, customer eligibility and the law that applies in the relevant state or territory.
Does the TGA approve every vape supplied through a pharmacy?
No. The TGA explains that therapeutic vapes are generally unapproved therapeutic goods. Products on the notified list have been declared by sponsors to meet applicable standards, but that is not the same as TGA evaluation or approval for quality, safety and efficacy.
Where should I check the current Australian rules?
Use the TGA vaping hub and the health department for your state or territory. Rules can change, and local requirements can add to the national framework.
